Decades Dance is an annual fundraiser that brings iconic eras to life by celebrating the fashion, music, and culture that defined them. Each year, guests are transported to a different moment in time, from the glitz of Studio 54 to the energy of a ‘90s throwback and the glamour 1950s jukebox vibe.
This year, we’re stepping into the Roaring Twenties, a post-war celebration of optimism and rebellion. It was a time of energetic dance floors, where jazz and the early sounds of big band set the stage, and a spirit of rapid change ushered in a new sense of modernity and change. From clandestine speakeasies to silent film stars and bold Art Deco style, the decade was alive with movement, and possibility.

This year Decades is supporting the Kimel Family Centre for Brain Health and Wellness Baycrest is leading a global shift — from treating dementia to preventing it.
Through the Kimel Family Centre, Baycrest is translating breakthrough science into personalized programs that help people strengthen brain health today and reduce dementia risk for the future.
The need is urgent. By 2050, 1.7 million Canadians will be living with dementia. Yet even small delays in onset can have a profound impact — preventing hundreds of thousands, even millions, of cases.
Prevention is the greatest opportunity to change the future of brain health — and Baycrest is showing what’s possible.
