This year’s event will support programming at the new Kimel Family Centre for Brain Health and Wellness, located at Baycrest. The world’s first research-based community centre dedicated to reducing dementia risk and promoting healthy brain aging.

Led by Drs. Howard Chertkow and Nicole Anderson, the Kimel Centre team conducts individualized dementia risk assessments and then “prescribes” a personalized program to determine which interventions best reduce a person’s risk.

At Baycrest, we are helping our community age fearlessly, so it’s fitting to host an event that celebrates remarkable eras in history, with different music, fashion and cultural significance.

This year get ready to transport yourself back to the vibrant streets of 1990s New York in an evening where rhythm and nostalgia collide as we celebrate the iconic 90s’. The beats, the style, and the attitude of the decade will come alive on the dance floor, as we pay homage to this influential era. Break out your baggy jeans, oversized jerseys, and bold sneakers because we’re taking it back to the days of boomboxes and block parties.

Our venue will be transformed into a time capsule, immersing you in the energy and creativity that defined the era.
