Research
The Kimel Family Centre for Brain Health and Wellness is the world’s first research-based community centre dedicated to dementia prevention. Through detailed risk assessments, personalized programs are prescribed to reduce dementia risk.
Care and Innovation
50 new computer-equipped medication carts and 16 transfer carts are needed to support a state-of-the-art medication management system that will help us.
- Reduce medication errors and adverse drug events.
- Ensure patients receive the correct drug, dose, and timing
- Enable health teams to digitally track medication from order to administration at the bedside.
